I would like to bring to your attention our recent experience with your staff, especially the personal care and attention that your staff gave us during the process of evaluating and replacing the elevator motor / gear box assembly in the elevator in our home in the Keys. It is rare to find someone who takes ownership of their company and goes that extra mile with customer service. This includes communicating with your customers on the weekend in order to resolve scheduling issues and keep your customers informed.

We have a three story home which I built in 2006 with a Residential Elevator. We thoroughly enjoy the convenience of the elevator and found a new use for the unit last summer as Hurricane Irma approached our community. As Irma appeared to strengthen, we had taken all of the usual precautions and planned
for evacuation. We have a vehicle lift in our garage and my classic Porsche 911 was elevated safely above any predicted storm surge levels. However, the recently rebuilt motor and transmission were still on the garage floor, ready for installation (but out of time). My sweet wife quickly agreed with my last minute
plan. I rolled the motor and transmission on carts onto the elevator and secured them safely on the second floor. Never underestimate the utility of a Residential Elevator!
